How do I return my product?
In order to return a product, please call us at 877-881-8811 and we will be happy to assist you.
For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following requirements:
Defective Products
•Less than 90 days from order date.
•Must have all original packing material and a detailed description of the defect.
•Must have a pre-approved RA# before returning product.
Note: Original or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product defects may qualify only for the manufacturer's warranty and may require that you contact the manufacturer directly.
Non-Defective Products
•Less than 30 days from order date.
•Products are new and unopened.
•Product and packaging are in resellable condition.
•Must have a pre-approved RA# before returning product.
